As we get older our needs and preferences may change. We offer three pricing options for those who are active and independent to those who may need an assisted living program in the future.

Included in your basic occupancy fee
Services include in our basic package are:
Private suite with private bathroom (various sizes & options)

Three home-cooked meals served in our dining room daily.

Snacks throughout the day including an evening snack cart delivering snacks to each suite in the evening

Housekeeping & laundry service (including personal laundry)

Linens, towels and bed linen changing.

Minimum 2 staff onsite 24/7

Utilities (heat, hydro, water)

Social programs & full monthly activity calendar.
Care & Support
Care plans created/updated every 6 months.

Monthly vital monitoring

Medication management, administration & pharmacy services

Regular daytime & overnight checks

Reminding, cueing & escorting to meals & activities.

Assistance with ADL's and personal support up to 1 x assist.

Rates will depend on size and location of the suite. They will also vary depending on the support services included (if any).

Are there any other subsidies or funding available?

LHIN-funded personal support services are available to residents (who qualify with the LHIN).

We may have furnishings that we can lend you (upon availability).

We offer a bulk package for in-suite cable at a reduced rate for residents.

We offer complimentary WIFI, telephone, cable, and Netflix in all our common areas.

65% of your occupancy fee is considered care & services. If you have a medical disability tax credit you may be able to use it for annual tax filings (speak to your accountant).
